More than 7,000 SCHÖTTLI injection moulds deliver reliable, cost-effective and highly efficient output for customers all over the world. This success is based on our sustained advancement of mould technology and the superior SCHÖTTLI hot-runner system. For decades, we have been specialising in the production of high-performance moulds for medical parts, caps and closures and thin-wall packaging applications.

SCHÖTTLI high-performance moulds deliver maximum output with minimum maintenance. This applies to our multi-cavity single-face moulds as well as to our stack moulds. For years, SCHÖTTLI has been setting new standards in cavity expansion to achieve higher output rates. Almost one third of our projects already involve stack moulds with up to 192+192 cavities.

Our team of service engineers will revise and repair both SCHÖTTLI moulds as well as third-party moulds. We will optimise used moulds to extend their service life and enhance their performance.
